Frequently Asked Questions

Logging in

To log in, either click on the person icon in the top menu

OR you can also click on “Already have access?” on any VOD you know you already have access to.

Make sure you select “I Already Have an Account” if you have an account.

Safari Users: We highly recommend switching to Chrome or Firefox, especially if you have an older device. Safari is known to cause issues with Cleeng.

  1. Safari on mobile: You may need to clear your cache regularly. To do this go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Remove all website data, and try logging in again.
  2. Log in loop issue: Logging in does not give access to the purchased content (checkout window loops back to the “Get access” page).
This problem is related to the Safari cross-site policy, meaning that the browser recognizes that the content embedded on the website is hosted on a different domain, which conflicts with the way it handles web security. There are two ways to solve this problem:
    1. Logout and then login again with email and password.
    2. Disable Website tracking in Safari: go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy and un-check the box right next to the “Prevent cross-site tracking” setting.
Logged in but Can’t Access Content?
  1. Make sure you’re logged in with the correct email address.
  2. Make sure you don’t have any cookie blockers or pop-up blockers enabled.
Still Having Issues? Try Clearing Your Cache

Your browser will store local information on websites you visit. As we populate a lot of content, sometimes your browser will show you an outdated version of the website. This can lead to errors with logging in or out, or displaying content.
To clear your cache:

  • First try a hard refresh: PC: CTLR + F5 Mac: Command + Shift + R
  • Follow this tutorial. Be aware that this does log you out of any websites you were logged into.
  • For Safari on an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Remove all website data. Be aware that this does log you out of any websites you were logged into.

To Subscribe, either click “Subscribe on the home page, or select any VOD or Audio and select the subscription option.
